"This hotel is very convenient (walking distance) to Colonial Williamsburg and the visitor's center is next door. The room was nothing special but worked out well, was large, quiet and clean. The biggest issue we had was that it was almost impossible to figure out where to find the lobby when we arrived! We drove all around and could not figure out how to get in. This hotel is actually a number of separate buildings, and you need a keycard to get in any building. We finally drove around till we saw a door (still not the right side to park in) but at least made it to the lobby. We heard others complaining about the same thing. Seems like it would be simple for them to add more signage to point you to where you should park to check in."

"I read the reviews after booking and they were not the greatest. To my surprise, everything was perfect! I loved my room! It was very clean! The hotel staff from front desk to housekeeping were so nice and helpful! I will definitely stay again! Also the pool was beautiful!"

"The amenities were excellent. Staff were very nice. My only complaint was the accumulation. We opted for a condo over a hotel room since it was a special occasion. It appears we were put in an animal friendly condo as we were surrounded by people with dogs, and the furnishings inside were old. The sliding glass door didn’t lock, the WiFi didn ’t work in the bedroom, the television remote didn’t work, and the bedroom was warm as the A/C vent was small and didn’t cool the room. Given the price that we paid, it was very disappointing."
