"THE ROAD THE COMPLEX IS ON WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE ACTUAL UNIT WAS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE ADVERTISED. IT IS A SECOND FLOOR UNIT IN A SMALLER COMPLEX.VERY QUIET AND PRIVATE. IT WAS SUPER CLEAN, TASTEFULLY DECORATED AND EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE. IT IS ALL UPDATED WITH THE FINEST FINISHES. NANCY, THE HOSTESS WAS WONDERFUL. RESPONSIVE WITH QUESTIONS WITHIN MINUTES AND ALWAYS WANTED TO KNOW IF WE WERE COMFORTABLE. THE VIEWS ARE STUNNING. BEAUTIFUL SOFT WHITE SAND ON THE BEACH. THE POOL IS REALLY NICE TOO. THE ENTIRE AREA OF THE COMPLEX IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. SAW DOLPHINS ONE MORNING FROM THE BALCONY. ENJOYED SEEING A TURTLE SUN BATHE IN THE SAME SPOT EVERY MORNING. I REALLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH. IF I EVER PURCHASED A PLACE ON AMELIA ISLAND, THIS WOULD BE IT. WE STAYED 12/8/2025-12/15/2025. "

"Host was so helpful and very responsive to my questions. Great location! Beautiful view. The only recommendation would be to look at the wall plugs, they are very loose. It was hard to keep anything plugged into the walls. This happens after some time. "

"Everything about our stay was superb! Harvey & Shannon most responsive and kind. The condo immaculate, well appointed and well stocked. Attention to detail was evident throughout the condo. The hosts also placed a nice focus on the enjoyment of being oceanfront; from the swivel chairs in front of the expansive windows in the living area to the comfortable and tall Adirondack chairs on the top floor balcony giving great unobstructed ocean views. Thank you Harvey & Shannon! We look forward to coming back!!"
