"Hotel is beautiful, but way overbooked could not get a reservation at any of the restaurants in pool area was super crowded Room and view are beautiful Staff at front desk was rude asked for late checkout, and then was locked out of our room would not go back"

"Communication and check-in process was seamless. No issues. Overall cleanliness and maintaince of the property was poor. Bed linens were dirty. Some of the linens were stained. Three of the four Mattresses have been severely degraded overtime. Pool needs to be resurfaced. Jacuzzi was so dirty we wouldn’t even attempt to utilize it. Decking around the pool needs resurfacing and power washing. Thankfully, we didn’t pay the 700 they requested to heat the pool/jacuzzi since they were non-usable. Yard brush is overgrown. Windows were so dirty there is what appears to be a thick film over it that impedes view. Overall assessment: disappointing for the price charged. "

"B108 is a comfortable one bedroom unit with a patio providing easy access to the pool and path to ocean. Nice place to watch sunrises. The kitchen has everything needed to make meals and loved it had both Keurig and regular coffee maker. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Brian & Julie"

"Spring break visiting family in Jacksonville... can't say enough good things! The home was immaculate, well appointed, in a good location, and great for families. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to anything needed upon arrival. Will definitely be back!"

"Location was great, balcony and views were amazing! Condo was very clean and well cared for, with premium linens-soft, thick towels, high quality bedding, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked, starters of everything were there. The parking was easy and plentiful. Grounds were nice and well kept. Pools and private beach walkways were nice to have. And the owners left us a personal note and bottle of wine! "

"I think of a Ritz Carlton as an over the top experience but I feel the Amelia Island Ritz is underwhelming. With all resort fees, parking cost etc., the nightly room charge was $1400. That is no food or activity charges. We were disappointed their “Salt” restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday so did not get to eat there. Other eating options are fine but not special by any means."
