"Location is great. Staff is great. This place has definitely seen better days. We had peeling walls. It looked like mold in the bathroom. Definitely rundown. It is literally across the street from the beach but for the amount of money it was not worth it. Better to walk a few blocks. Breakfast was not great - thought that from other reviews - but basic. Powdered eggs, breads. No fresh fruit or anything special. "

"Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean."

"We stayed in the upstairs unit and highly recommend this property. The location is great -- across the street from the beach and an easy walk to a convenience store as well as two very good restaurants (and outdoor Thai food truck and Surf restaurant/bar). The communication was excellent and the property was perfect for two adults and a dog."

The beds were very comfortable. The house was small but has a perfect layout. The washer and dryer worked out well. We loved the back patio and grill area. I would highly recommend this rental house. We will love to be repeat renters here when we retirn next yea"

"Location location location. This condo is GREAT. This is our fifth time staying here. The unit has everything we need to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The hot is responsive, although we didn't need anything. The condo has all the amenities we needed. We plan to return next year for sure. "
