There is a gorgeous park around the corner from the home in walking distance and the shops are just beyond that.

The closest train station is Daglish Station, just a 10-minute walk away (approx 800m). From there, you can easily catch a train into Perth CBD, with travel times averaging around 10-15 minutes depending on the service. This makes it simple to get into the city for sightseeing, dining, or business, all while staying in a peaceful residential area away from the hustle & bustle.

The beautiful suburb of Subiaco is only 2kms down the road. An easy 5 min drive to Kings Park and the Swan River and close to the major hospitals - QE11, Charlies, PCH and Hollywood. Subiaco has some beautiful cafe's, restaurants and pubs to visit.
