When I spoke with host over the phone, he said I could cancel, but I said if i did it was no refund, so if he cancelled then I would get a refund. He did not understand as his English was poor. 「Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to.」

He is friendly, kind and has great local knowledge so is brilliant for a yarn :)Tiny Home in the hills is a lovely semi-rural property well away from the big city chaos of Perth but close to shops and services and with ample room for doggo to run around and even some doggo mates to play with! Also a few gorgeous black sheep who were less impressed with my dog barking at them in their own home.Highly recommend this tiny home...

「We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean.
