For all you coffee lovers this unit offers a drip coffee maker. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and dining areas or from the wrap around balcony, with access from the living areas as well as the master and third guest bedrooms. What a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee or a mimosa, watching the sunrise! Enjoy a swim in the warm waters of the Gulf , or cool off in one of SeaSpray's 2 refreshing beach side pools. Relax in the hot tub, or work out in the well equipped beach front fitness center. Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
