-Guest access: Once registered, the complex offers parking for up to 2 vehicles ($25 each per 10 days) and many other amenities after the purchase of complex wristbands ($20 each per 7 days over age 5). Pre-registration link will be sent in the Happy Stays Welcome Guide 7 days prior to arrival
-Parking passes and wristband purchases are made in the welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price. - There s no assigned parking, but you ll find plenty of spots just steps from your private entrance.
-No GOLF CARTS nor SLINGSHOTS/Off Roading Vehicles are authorized by renters at Horizon South
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.
-There will be a $150 fee for EV charging at this unit. This is due to the significant rise in the electric bill for the owner. You MUST disclose if you will be charging an EV at the unit
