「The condo looked exactly like the pictures. And they must have really good insulation because we didn't hear anything from our neighbors while we were there. It's an older place but in good shape. And I love how close it is to the pool. You can walk right out and it's there and then the beach is just a few steps farther. It was a great location.」

「Overall great location with walk-over to beach, that’s the best part about this property. Couple issues, internet and tv had issues and had to be fixed by calling support (1 hour) not terribly clean, lacking soap in shower and bathrooms. Couple issues with outlets and ceiling fan in living room. Management said everything was checked prior to check-in but maybe their process isn’t catching things. Good price, good location, lacking in the finishing touches.」

「Wonderful location, we loved being Flora/Bama line. The A/C ended up freezing up on us and we did not realize it until after hours. The maintenance guy offered to come out at 11 pm to help us out but we opted to wait until morning and he was there first thing. There was a small issue with one corner of the pool becoming dirty but again the maintenance guys were checking it everyday multiple times a day. The condo was perfect for us, we loved being able to see the pool and the ocean. Only bummer...

「The hot tub is broken, and appears to have been broken/ shut down for quite some time. Pool also needs repairs as the numbers are removed/broken on one side. Room/beds were as described. There is mold/mildew near faucets. Posted rules state no floats allowed in the pool, which was disappointing. I wish it was more clearly communicated beforehand. There is NO posted rule about jumping into the pool. However, security/maintenance worker told us several times that it was not allowed.」

「Location was strange- there was a commercial laundry business directly downstairs that would frequently block access to the stairwell with carts, or the parking area when loading/unloading large trucks, and started slamming what sounded like sliding doors around 6 or 7 am. That being said- the unit was cute, clean, well appointed and comfortable.」
