One of a cosy pair, it is tastefully furnished and decorated, and with bathrobes provided, it makes a perfect romantic retreat. With quiet roads and footpaths, lined with wild flowers, to negotiate by foot, car or cycle, it is ideal for exploring the majestic beauty of the Lake District National Park. The interesting old market town of Appleby 10 miles, with Kendal within a 15-mile drive. Yorkshire Dales, Coast-to-Coast Walk and the Cumbrian Cycle Way easily accessible. Ullswater and Windermere lakes within 23 miles. Shop and pub 300 yards.
