"The toilet didn’t work. The technician came up and fixed it, but when he left he lifted the plunger in a bucket over the bed and personal items. Unacceptable!!!! The toilet tissue and towels ran out, and we called but never got any assistance. Turn down service was not offered so the trash was running over. The remote in the living room wasn’t working properly, so they had to come and replace it. Not a good stay. "

"This was like a run down property. People walking down the halls selling “everything”. Prices were different for everyone that was staying there. I booked a smoking room and was given non smoking, but the people right beside me were smoking. As well as you could smell cigarettes smoke throughout the hallways. Room was not clean at all…. I believe I would never stay here again"

"First day we got there, the beds needed to be changed, and the bathroom wasn’t clean, we saw roaches crawling in tub. We called front desk, and told them and they was to send someone to reclean and no one showed up. The third day, we went to office and dude behind desk lied about someone called to say the room was cleaned and it never was. So therefore never again. "

"Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower."
