"I arrived exhausted in the middle of tha National Holiday in Spain very early for check in. As soon as I entered it was quiet & civilized & the staff was all welcoming. Wojtek at the front desk told me that no room was available but that he would email me as soon as one was. I went to have breakfast and he came & found me to say my room was ready! I will certainly stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Madrid."

"Excellent hotel with good sized, quiet rooms. Staff were excellent especially at breakfast - and the breakfast itself was also good. Location is pretty decent close to the three big museums and also walkable to Lavapiés, La Latina and central areas. Would recommend and would stay again. "

"Great value for money. Walkable from Retiro Park and very close to Atocha Metro station which is a couple of stops away from the city center. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom utilities. My only feedback is that my wife was sick as she is pregnant so we were a few minutes late for breakfast. We understand that we could not be served in the cafeteria however requested if we could takeaway some readymade breakfast items at least but were told no. "
