「Just a one night stay for us as we were attending a wedding. Really lovely stay, staff all friendly, room was beautiful however it didn’t smell great but otherwise lovely and clean, view lovely and breakfast was lovely I felt terrible for leaving it because it was so delish!」
「We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. 」

Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over.
An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.」

We stayed at The Royston for 1 night - I wish it had been a week. Huge rooms, beautifully styled, super clean and with everything that you need to feel at home. Comfortable bed, huge shower and amazing artwork. Relaxing armchairs in our room with amazing views of the rolling hills and valley at the front of the house, perfect for switching off with a glass of wine.

「Fabulous hosts and really accommodating. Our day didn’t go exactly to plan and they were more than happy to delay our dinner a little bit.
Cream tea on arrival was lovely. The packed lunch made for us to take up Snowdon was just what we needed and the dinner on our return (although we were 20-30 minutes late) went down well.
After climbing a mountain, the bed was so comfortable and we slept so well.
We will definitely be going back. 」
「I stayed for one nite in room 3 top floor. It’s situated at rear so away from Main Street at front , therefore so quiet . Lovely room , my gut feeling is the breakfast would be great , but I had to leave early so unfortunately can’t comment . Parking for my motorbike was easy and also at rear. Would definitely stay here again . 」
