"We had lovely stay. The staff at checkin were friendly amd helpful. Our room was tidy and the little extras like a small fridge, iron etc came in useful. We bought some time in the spa area which was very nice. The aroma room and open air spa pool were especially nice. The swimming pool is quite narrow so if you are intending to swim laps you might struggle when busy as it can only take two swimmers comfortably. The breakfast and evening meal were served promply and we had great service. The pepperoni pizza and the porridge were particularly enjoyed. In the hot weather the a/c theoughout the whole hotel and in the room were appreciated! We would definitely stay again "

"The domestic staff are wonderfu, very helpful, lovely people and so very kind. All the staff we were in contact with could not of been nicer. My wife had her 21st some 51 years ago at this hotel! We were both originally from Heswall. Our trip was one to help my brother in law who lives in New Brighton who has had a nasty fall booth breaks in his ankle. Thank you for your help."

"Nice hotel, good value, nice and clean, seemed slightly understaffed with bar being closed and reception occasionally manned. Comfortable bed, reasonable wifi and clean and good shower once I’d worked out how to get hot water. "

"Driving up to this hotel it definitely had the wow factor. Reception staff were very polite and welcoming, and provided a very high level of customer service. The room itself was beautiful very large, clean and the bed was so comfortable. Evening meal was beautiful and so was breakfast. The only downfall is that this was a short overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning "
