「ともかくスタッフの方々の態度とサービスが素晴らしかったです。また、朝食、夕食 共にレベルが高く、実に心地良く過ごすことができました。不満は一点だけ、部屋の 広さです。バスルームが広すぎる分、居室が狭くなっており、少々使いづらかった というのが正直な感想です。私達が泊まった部屋だけの問題かもしれませんが、 感想として記しておきます。」

「This is a lovely property. It was very peaceful and just what we wanted. Everything you need in the house is there. There are lots of small towns to visit nearby and an afternoon picnic sitting next to lake Bala was very relaxing. It is ideal for a family. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.」

「Beautiful location, lovely village and park across the road. Very safe for children to walk around the village. Though mine just stayed in the park. The staff at this hotel are very well mannered, attentive and successful in what they do regardless of obvious pressures. A bit disappointed there wasn't any danishes available before breakfast had finished at the early time of 930am. Plenty of cereals, toast and jams with plenty of coffee that you can takeaway」

「The hotel is nice for a short stay however could do with a few upgrades but generally well maintained. When we arrived we had a very warm welcome and throughout the stay our 2 dogs were made to feel relaxed and happy. The shower in the room was so small you struggled to move about and the shower gel provided even though smelt lovely was obviously watered down. 「The staff were cheerful, and helpful. The bedrooms were clean, comfy, with large T.V. Modern ensuite bathroom with choice of bath or shower, AND quality toilet paper. If I was being picky, the only thing thing the bedroom lacked was a fridge and a lift to the 2nd floor. The hotel is also dog friendly and allowed in the bar area if you want food. The hotel carpark, was also operated by a barrier which gave piece of mind. I would definitely use the hotel again if stopping in the area.」
