「Parking was easy and free. Staff within were not very professional. Getting food was terrible-very slow, not helpful and didn't care. Couldn't fathom check in rules as we couldn't get a room earlier yet a family member who had not arrived could....same type room. Crazy. I know it wasn't checkin time but we had to get changed for an evening wedding do and asked but they weren't very pleasant with their attitude」

「駅から近く、とてもアクセスが良いホテルでした。周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんあり、食事にも買い物にも困りません。客室には冷蔵庫があり、ちょっとした飲み物や食べ物を入れておけて便利でした。さらに、清掃の際にはお水を追加してくれる気配りもあって、快適に過ごせました。 一点だけ気になったのは、廊下の音が思ったより客室に届くことです。静かさを重視する人は少し気になるかもしれませんが、全体的には便利で使い勝手の良いホテルだと感じました。」

「場所は、駅近くでで良いです。出来れば女性の部屋だともっともよかつたです。下にあるトラべェルデスクがありましたし、便利な環境にありましたが、宿泊者割引きはインターネット手続きもしくは、でんはしなかればいけないなど、ハードルが、私には、高かつたです、　食事も良かったです。」

「部屋が特に綺麗でした。 壁が薄いのか、隣が騒がしすぎるのか、声が聞こえるのが気になりました。部屋から出口までが遠くて大変でした。」

「台所は広いのですが　洗面所にコンセントがなくて　ドライアーを使えない、ドアの開閉や鍵の開閉などの説明が不足していた。4階の部屋は見晴らしがよく　屋上階の玄関前の庭は奇麗で素敵でした。」

「ダブルベッドの部屋を二人で利用しました。スタッフとの連絡はとてもスムーズで、立地も便利で部屋は清潔でした。非対面のチェックイン、チェックアウトもスタッフからのわかりやすい説明のおかげで何一つ問題はありませんでした。 残念だったのは、値段に比べて部屋が狭くてカバンを置く場所がなく、使ったバスタオルをかけるフックや冷蔵庫がなかったことです。隣の部屋の声が聞こえることや荷物を預けられないことも要チェックです。」

「Although we asked to have trash removed and clean towels three days into our 5 day stay, and although they said they would, it didn’t happen. The room was nice, quiet and convenient.」

「Very walkable to restaurants and shops and even the ferry dock. Galway is such a lively town. Madison place was easy to get to and clean. 」

「This was a hostel type “hotel” with no daily room cleaning. Rooms are smaller than pictured. Floor very dirty and shower was small with light water pressure and mildew. Location is great and they provide a fan for warm nights. Our room was quiet, faced away from main road. Staff helpful with extra towels and pillows」
