「room is clean, but hotel is alittle bit far from town 」

「Such a gorgeous property from walking down the entrance to the gardens to the foyer the cosy little snugs everywhere. The room was amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food at the bistro was delicious. The breakfast was on point. Enjoyed the leisure centre so much. The whole stay was a real treat!」

「The hotel is a bit of distance from downtown Galway. The hotel itself, fantastic!! Breakfast buffet is highly recommended, many options, hot & always replenishing. The gym was dynamite, multiple floors with new & old gym equipment. The Courtyard restaurant had great offerings & very delicious. Mollie, was unbelievably helpful, a pure delight to deal with. She made our stay much better & always there to help out.」

「The room was quite dirty, with liquid stains on the floor, nightstands covered in rings from previous drinks, and the carpet stained dark brown.」

「I highly recommend this hotel. Room was clean and staff was excellent.」

「Andrea at the front desk was beyond helpful when we had questions. She went out of her way to help us out.」

「Conveniently located for work. Great bar, gym and room. Parked the van no problem.」

「Being within walking distance of the city centre is a very important advantage. Also, showers were clean and pleasing.」
