「First of all they advertise outside pool.the pool was non operational and the cover was off with nasty standing water.They also advertise fire pits.They had one area with some chairs around it but not in use.our room needed repairs examples bathroom door knob nearly falling off,blind won't raise .The major thing was bathroom ceiling leaking water from room above us. Pictures on line are not what you see.」

「This place needs serious updates, wifi is terrible, tennis courts and area outside of hotel is not taken care of at all. The room wasn’t cleaned very well, good thing we got some cleaning supplies to clean. All the bedding was old and also the carpet, very musky smell. Our room had no fridge, microwave or extra towels. 「Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and stepping out of our door each morning to sweeping mountain views was an absolute dream!
