「This hotel is In a beautiful setting. But if you book room 105, it ends there. The room was horrible. There was black mold on the ceiling around the shower, dark stains on carpet, hole punched in door. Front door creaked and was difficult to lock. When I approached the front desk about this they offered to move me to another room…FOR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT! As for Expedia? When I called them and offered to share photos, they gave me a ‘credit’ of $25. Insulting considering how many years I’ve booked...
