Excellent location, clean room, comfortable bed

The staff def was the main thing that stood out for me. They are beyond helpful and extremely nice. The rooms are def on the smaller side but they are very clean and the views are great. I would however recommend for the best views staying in rooms above the 19th floor.

Staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Turndown service way too late, though—9:45 might catch some guests sleeping.
