Avian Forest is located just 5 minutes from the beach and has plenty of space for family and friends. Great for golfers, families and getaways. Located just west of Highway 17, the community pool is near the unit and guests have access to Litchfield By the Sea and the amenities it has to offer with the exception of the Splash Park.

Master bedroom has a king, second bedroom features a queen, third bedroom features a king and the fourth bedroom features 2 doubles. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, screened in porch, wifi, washer/dryer, cable TV and much more. Located in a quiet community, Maximum Occupancy is 8.
