The location was really good not too far from soi bukeo and plenty of bars and nightlife but you don’t hear any noise because of the hotel location and the staff where really helpful and friendly and polite but on the downside on arrival in the room and unpacking my suitcase the only storage for clothes where shelves and when I ran my hands over the shelves they were caked in dust and the rooms are old and outdated but I still can’t accept dust it’s as if they only clean the floors plenty of hot water for showers it’s a shame because apart from the maid service it’s a good hotel

The custom is good and the bed is hard

This is my second time staying in Vogue this year. As always, the staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very convenient/busy area, but yet the room is very quiet. I hardly hearing any noise from the street. Definitely recommend this hotel. Will for sure stay in this hotel next time I come to Pattaya

An excellent stay here. Large very clean room. 2 pools. There is a 3rd pool, but its been closed a long time for maintenance. The staff make the hotel. So friendly. Superb training. Always a welcome smile. So helpful. Would definately stay again. Quiet rooms, very little noise. Hotel sits back from the main street, so very quiet. 1 minute walk are you have all the bars etc.

I paid 800 per baht night during May 2024. For a price as cheap as this I can not complain about anything. It’s 5 minutes walk to all the entertainment and many restaurants. If anyone chooses to complain they must want something for free. This hotel if fine for a budget hotel. The air con in your room is left on all the time even when you go outside. It’s lovely to come back to a cold room without having to wait for it to cool down. Room Cleaned everyday. The restaurant is also ok and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again. Currently the swimming pools are in repair but will be fixed soon.

Decent hotel. Terrible service (scam)

I went for one night with family. Hotel is ok for a short stay. Unfortunately we experienced very bad service from the staff. They charge us 1000,- bht in deposit which is fine. When we want to check out they go through our room for 10 mins to see if anything broken or missing. Fair enough no problem. They the come back with a remote control who is slightly gaping in one side and accused us of breaking it. Wanted to charge us 500,- bht for the damage. I used the tv only shortly before go to sleep. Never dropped it or otherwise did anything that could damage it. I suspect this of being a scam. I wonder how many guests has to pay for 'broken' remote controls and other small 'broken' things you got no chance of noticing upon arrival. If you choose to stay in this hotel I suggest you check everything is in perfect working condition upon entering your room. Take pictures as well. In the end we got our full deposit refunded but only because my Wife (Thai) was being very insisting. I suspect foreigners won't be as fortunate. The staff should follow the example of the Parking valet. I give this guy 5 stars for his excellent service
