I found many ant under carpet and book with king size bed but found double bed connect in the room

4 year-old daughter had big cuts on her face from an accident. She wanted some tissue to wipe it so I asked her to ask the nice lady at reception. The staff (whom we also checked-in with and was not very pleasant also at the time) dismiss-fully told my daughter to go get it from the toilet as she didn't have any (she was not busy with any guest as it was night time and we were the only group there in the lobby). Our whole group were shocked at her response that she wanted our daughter to get bacteria infested toilet paper to wipe her cut when the nicer alternative (if she didn't have any issue) would have been something from the bar which was nearby. Some staff were great but some still definitely needed better training.
