"Generally very happy. Nice security staff and close to decent little shopping centre. Very clean and has a fantastic pool area. At the pool bar they should include the tax on the advertisements to save embarrassment, if it's 350, its not, its more which I understand but it should be clear upfront, they also add on a service charge that they don't advertise. We had a lot of problems with our room door not closing, it took hours to get there eventually and really they should have moved us at a certain point as it was taking ages. Rooms are dated, but clean and the air conditioning worked well (but dripped all over the balcony). Small bathroom but functional. Stay let down on the last day with an unpleasant staff member at breakfast. We didnt have a lot of time, and asked for a breakfast to take away but we were told we should have ordered the night before. They wouldn't let us take anything out so we nipped in for a cup of tea and a quick bite. After getting the the tea, I took a cake in a serviette to save the plates and was literally yelled at from the other side of the room 'NO TAKEAWAY, NO TAKEAWAY'. It was totally embarrassing and a complete overreaction on the staff members part. I was taking it to the table, nowhere else, dhe was ridiculous and unprofessional. That alone would make me not book again."

"This place is a little older, but the stuff that works there makes it special everybody there is friendly. I have the best time in this place breakfast good laundry, good room, clean near to the beach near to good restaurants. Couple of blocks from the mall you can ask for better but 100% the best staff in a hotel that I ever been. Will always come back.🌹😘🤗 and if you wanna get a tattoo downstairs next to the hotel is the best Tattoo artist the best attitude. I just love Pattaya. can’t wait to come back."

"Spacious clean, modern rooms, hotel situated conveniently close to everything but quiet for a good night sleep. Nice rooftop pool had no problem getting a lounge chair anytime of the day not like other hotels. Did have breakfast. It was OK can’t say anything bad because I was included free with my room. There is a gym which I did not use. There is also parking which I did not use but each time I stayed an additional stay, they accommodated me with the room upgrade, and any other request I made was granted with a smile. I also requested a late checkout, which again was happily granted to me. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely stay again. Housekeeping staff was excellent also."
