During your stay, take a drive along Beach Blvd and Second Street to see the beautiful homes and rich architecture. Pass Christian has a quaint main street, Davis Avenue, where you will find some favorite foods: Asian Paradise, Whiskey Prime and Hook. In the harbor you can choose to dine at Shaggy’s Pass Harbor and enjoy their island-styled atmosphere (check schedule for live music) and wonderful water views! Close by is Bacchus on the Beach.

Long Beach to the east, has our favorite restaurant Steve ‘s Marina Restaurant with fresh seafood, great service and wonderful water views.
Bay St. Louis, 9 miles to the west of ‘The Pass” has other favorite restaurants to enjoy: “200 North Beach Restaurant”, Thorny Oyster, and Uncle Joe’s Pizza and Wings. With so many restaurant choices, you are sure to find your new favorite.

Aqua Coast Cottage is located less than a mile to the beautiful Gulf Coast white sand beaches! The Gulf Coast features 62 miles of scenic coastline along Highway 90. Learn the story of Katrina sculpture trail and look for the sculptures along your route. Sculptures (biloxi.ms.us). View the world’s largest eagle sculpture, standing 17-foot-tall right in Pass Christian’s own War Memorial Park.

Aqua Coast Cottage, aka Aqua CC Interior Space
Welcome to our Cottage home newly listed and remodeled perfect for a group of family or friends -up to 10 (8 adult maximum) looking to have a wonderful time! (Minimal Guest fees applies for guests beyond 6) You can access the Aqua CC interior using your own door code, enjoy free Wi-Fi and TVs with Roku ready for your entertainment. Our home is well equipped with 4-bedrooms and 2 and a half baths, new kitchens and baths, an open floor plan including crown molding ceilings in the main area. Relax with the privacy of the half-acre lot with wooded lots on the back and north side. Enjoy watching the sun come up from the front porch with a view of the beautiful Magnolia tree or the nurtured gardens and Live Oak trees east of the home. Out the French doors to the large side deck you can enjoy time outside with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table complete with an umbrella. Down the stairs, you will find an enclosed porch with wood slats, where you can have privacy to relax in the jetted hot tub. Read the Welcome Guide to locate the hot tub key.
To the back yard you will find a covered patio with more seating. In the patio area you will find the axe throwing game, corn hole game set: bean bags stored in the compartment on the underside of the game, to have some outdoor play or try your skill at the ring-toss on the back porch wall, or just relax in the shade under the private porch listening to the birds sing or sitting around enjoying each other’s company. Record the memory with a selfie by the large outdoor 'Pass a Good Time' clock.

Step inside to the 'anchor' and art entry with a 2 cushioned benches and a console table. To the right step through the large entry into the 'great room'. The kitchen area has sleek white shaker cabinets with crown molding and black hardware handles, marble stone tile backslash in a basket weave pattern, and quart countertops in dusty grey. The open kitchen design has Frigidaire Gallery stainless appliances: quiet dishwasher, oven/stove and side by side refrigerator. The spacious island is functional and makes cooking enjoyable with the conduction cooktop, convection oven and counter-level microwave. The island has 4 cushioned adjustable barstools. Share time together with the openness of the family room, including a large smart tv in a wall entertainment center, a black leather sectional with electric reclining, and deep grey upholstered chairs. To the side of the kitchen share a meal together at the large farm table with seating for 8, a China hutch, buffet and coffee station. There is another table that seats 4, to use for dining or as a game table. We have games in the entertainment center and in the closet of the King size bedroom.
When you sleep, we hope you will be well rested after sleeping in a new comfy bed. Each room has a nightstand with a charging station and outlet plugs. The Aqua Cottage has 4 bedrooms, a desk in the Primary. Bedroom One to the left of the entry has a Queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser and mirror, a closet and a wall mounted tv. Bedroom 2 has a King bed, two nightstands, a dresser with mirror, a closet and a wall mounted tv. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top, a futon bed for children, a dresser, children's table and 2 chairs, closet, wall mounted tv and a small table and chairs for small children under 8. In this main part of the home, you will find the main bathroom with a new custom vanity with two sinks and two mirrors. This bathroom has a bath/shower combination. In the bathroom there is a private water closet in its own room complete with a blue tooth fan/light/speaker combination where you can stream your own music.

Through the great room, past the two French doors, you will find the new private half bath. This bathroom also has a fan/light combination with a blue tooth speaker.
Down the hall is the closet that has the hot tub key, and water heater. Then further down is the Primary Suite. This spacious room features a 4 post King bed, 2 armoires, 2 nightstands and an office table with a chair. Inside the armoire across from the bed, is the large smart tv. Off of the bedroom and through the sliding door is the Primary bathroom where you will find a marble tile vanity, large mirror and a makeup mirror. This bathroom has its own private room housing the water closet. The bathroom features a large marble tiled shower completed with a built-in bench. Inside the bathroom you will find a door that leads to the laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer to use if you choose. On the counter to the side of the washer /dryer is an iron and a laundry pod/dryer sheet for your use if you choose. The ironing board is located in the Primary bedroom closet.

On your way home, coming soon, you will be able to stop by the new I-10 and Menge exit location of Buc-ee’s, famous for their large travel and country stores, brisket, snacks, baked goods and souvenirs. Others: down the street from Davis in Pass Christina is Bacchus On The Beach. Across the Scenic Highway by the harbor, is TBT Butcher Shop and Seafood Market where you can find fresh, excellent food to take home or stay and enjoy a brisket sandwiches or Smash burger! Pirate Cove restaurant is located on Menge, near the cottage and we enjoy their tasty Po’boys, fries, shakes. Also forecasted to be coming in 2024 is the Amtrak with service from Mobile to New Orleans with additional stops in Biloxi, Gulfport, and Bay St. Louis. Additional information: we follow strict cleaning and sanitary guidelines. Our driveway has two entrances, a semi-circle driveway and a covered carport. We have exterior security cameras for your safety and security. We have one interior camera to keep an eye on the front door. One on the front, one on the porch by the front door. The cameras are motion activated, not regularly viewed but are there in the event of any concern or problem. We feel we are in a safe neighborhood with nice neighbors and prefer for this to continue. After you book, you can view the welcome letter with some additional information, (This will be sent to your inbox 3 days prior to your stay) such as BBQ, thermostat, appliances and hot tub instructions (including where we keep the hot tub key).
