"Soda and water machine not in good working condition, food store at lobby not accessible. If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade"
