"The AC was working well but noice, room was clean but old smell, bathroom was clean but the fance was very noice, there is no coffe maker in the room. The building is next to freeway so very pounding noice. The staffs are nice!"

"Wonderful except that all restaurants were closed for construction while we were there and the heated pool was cold. Beautiful city views with wall to wall windows, very clean, friendly staff, good vip perks."

"Location is decent, for what we needed. Breakfast was good, eggs obviously powdered or they were yellow colored tofu chunks. "

"Parking lot was very small and it was hard to get into any spot. Upon walking into our room, I noticed the bathroom floor was dirty and had hair from a precious guest. Floor wasn’t cleaned at all. It was pretty gross and I felt the rest of the room probably wasn’t very clean either. Ot was too late to ask for a room change at that point. Not what you want to see in a hotel. "

"Clean room , great parking, average hotel breakfast. Staff at check in were rude. Questioned my ID and CC and questioned my son who was waiting in side lounge room as if he was trespassing. Very unprofessional and first time I have ever experienced this behaviour by staff as a Choice Rewards member who frequently stays at Comfort Inns. "
