"Room was clean. Had a heating and hot water problem and had to be relocated. They “upgraded” us to a larger suite room, but it didn’t feel like an upgrade and it was super inconvenient for us. We had just wanted to relax in between our hikes and dry out our clothes, but instead we had to switch rooms in the dark after already settling in once. We were really turned off by this experience. "

"The rooms were clean, which was great. Unfortunately, the toilet appears to be on a strict diet—it could barely handle toilet paper alone, never mind the results of last night’s dinner. Also, the bathroom ventilation could use some help… unless the goal is to preserve the atmosphere for future guests."
