「The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed with 3 children and the family deluxe suite was perfect for 2 older kids and a 3 year old. The property is spectacular and so was the drive there!」

「ロンシャンの礼拝堂見学の為１泊しました。場所はTGV駅からのバス停留所の前、TER駅の前でもあり便利です。受付カウンターの人がとても親切で（特に女性の方でした）、翌日朝礼拝堂へ行くタクシーの手配やその他電車＋徒歩の場合を調べてくれたりしました。天気が良くなかったので結局手配してもらったタクシーに乗りましたが、運転手さんも感じのよい人でトラブルもなく安心して往復できました。またお金など貴重品をｶｳﾝﾀｰ内のｾｷｭﾘﾃｨｰボックスへ預けたのですが、どのホテルよりも一番預ける時の手続きのﾁｪｯｸがきちんとしていて信頼できると思いました。部屋も静かで設備も清潔でした。ベルフォールはすごい観光地ではないかもしれませんが、街を歩いても出会った人が親切な人が多く生活感を感じれるよい街だと思いました。」

「We stayed one night with half board for a quick trip to the Vosges. The hotel is very nice, modern, and clean with good parking. We used the pool, which was relaxing after a longish drive. We did not take advantage of the spa, although the treatments on offer seemed good (and I was tempted by the back massage). The dinner was great. It was a four-course meal with fresh salad and a very well appointed cheese selection. Before our departure, we also used the ping pong table in the garden, which...

「Pas banal !!! Vous arrivez dans l'hôtel ouvert à tout vent, avec une pancarte qui vous dit que la personne a du s'absenter. Il y a des numéros de tel a appeler en cas de besoin et personne nous vous répond. Vous arrivez à joindre une dame qui ne travaille plus là car elle est, maintenant ,le traiteur pour l'hôtel. Et c'est cette dame qui prend la responsabilité de vous guider jusqu'à une chambre, vous donne un code pour avoir une clef pour ouvrir une chambre, voir si elle est occupée et vous dit...
