System for obtaining key and using Wi-Fi was OK but the room was more than basic. Blinds broken, bed uncomfortable, freezer compartment in fridge needs serious defrosting. Shower door broken, Parking area extremely narrow.

Staff were not very friendly and only did the minimum. Room was dated and needs some basic upgrades like a new door on the shower to prevent water going all over the bathroom. Neighborhood is in transition, very noisy outside late into the night most nights. Convient for travellers, good price if you need a place near the CBD with no frills.

The room was very adequate and clean. Its not the Ritz, but I didn't pay for the Ritz. I paid a fair price and got what I paid for.

The Motel has onsite parking though the security gates are not used at night for whatever reason. So public can walk in whenever they wish too The Motel has undergone recent renovations so rooms are like new Positives: -Staff are polite and flexible with your comings and goings and will work around you. -Location is close to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and a trip to the city can be from 30 min to 15 min. -Shower pressure will blow the spots off your back and are the shower stall is big enough to fit four people in if you wanted too -Rooms are spotless and maintained each day -Towels are great and thick -Photos on website are accurate Negatives: -Single bed was as hard as a rock and my back made sure I knew it! Not advisable if you have back issues -There is no where for you to hang suits, jackets. Clothes will have to remain in your suitcase The bath room takes up 1/4 of the floor plan. Its a very large bathroom -If sleeping in due to a late night it appears staff either do not communicate or, shrugs. Being woken by hammer drills on the outside wall next to you is not fun. -There are no windows on the ground floor rooms. The rooms have an air vent that operates always. So only filtered air -Not really a child friendly environment -Toilet seat is like a public toilet seat. And toilet is quite high. Have a child? Bring a child seat perhaps Other than that, the bed was the worst aspect for us. Way too hard.
