Featuring the unique ability to moor your boat right in front of the Villa on one of the cleanest beaches in the park. This area is a watersport and off-road paradise. Take your boat out, waterski or kayak on the 17 scenic miles of the Parker Strip on the Colorado River along with direct access to navigate 100’s of miles of ATV trails, Bring your desert toys and have some fun.
Villa #11 offers a two unit home featuring in the main unit - The kitchen, small living room with TV, queen bed with TV and full bathroom. Second unit with King size bed with TV, this unit is a large room with its own two sink bathroom. The stellar location, to the high-end finishings, this Villa is waiting to become the ideal vacation home for you and your family. Whether you are looking for a week rental or a weekend getaway, Villa #11 is the perfect choice for guests of all ages. Entertaining friends and family is easy-the Villa comes equipped with a tiki bar with seating for 8, outdoor kitchen this is a spacious beachfront patio overlooking the Colorado River.

Right on the water and it had everything we wanted. Great spot directly in front to relax with toes in the water. Small place but you want to be outside most of the time anyways. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome outdoor grill set up. We will be back again.

Paradise in Earp

My experience at this property was amazing. The process of getting it was easy and the rules were easily available in the house and the document given to us. The weather was great and the view was amazing as well. We all had a very good time with no interruption by neighbors. Everyone around us was very nice. Getting groceries was not hard since we are so close to Parker and not too far from havasu. Thank you to the property management for renting us this beautiful property.

Piece of Paradise

As much as I would like to keep this place a hidden gem I cannot! Has all the amenities of home with and outdoor kitchen cabana and deck feet away from the rivers edge. Beach front where you can considerately park your water toys while enjoying the float tubes and playing in the sand. What more is there to say!

Our Best River Experience

We take an annual trip to Lake Havasu as our summer vacation. This time we decided to try the Parker area. I’m so glad we found this property. This rental was absolutely fantastic. The immediate access to the private beach and water was especially useful with a 2 year old. It was easy to get into the water or to get back into the AC. The BBQ was really nice and surprisingly clean for being outdoors. It was quiet at night and the nearby dock access was perfect if you’re bringing your own boat. The best thing about this place though... the beds were so comfortable and quiet! The only things that could have improved our stay would have been more paper towels (we ran out the second day). Also, the WiFi password listed on the fridge was wrong, so we had to take a quick trip back to the registration area since we didn’t have cell service. Those are minor inconveniences though. Overall, we’ve already decided we’re coming back here instead of Havasu next year. You won’t regret staying here.

Great location, cabana style river front

We enjoyed this space a lot. The patio was large and entertaining. We also enjoyed the little sandy beach right out front. Very central location and easy access to everything on the water. Nice to have two separate spaces for sleeping areas as lots of privacy. I would definitely book this place again in the future. Thank you!
