Welcome to our sublime 17 m2 studio located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.

Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

We strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and we are on hand to accommodate your needs and provide information on local attractions. Book now and enjoy your stay in Paris in our comfortable and well located studio.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

Ideally located in the sumptuous Louvre district, a few steps from the Louvre Museum and its Pyramid, 5 minutes from the Jardin du Palais Royal and its legendary Columns of Buren, and Place de la Concorde. You can stroll on the famous Pont des Arts, "lovers' bridge", go shopping on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and reach Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées or the Jardin des Tuileries on foot
It is a very lively neighborhood thanks to its many pedestrian streets which provide access to many restaurants, these trendy bars;

1.5 km from Notre-Dame de Paris, 10 minutes from the magnificent Place Dauphine on the Ile de la Cité.

Wonderful Paris apartment

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed. The 5 flights of stairs kept us in shape. Great location , close to the Louvre & great restaurants.

Very small bedroom and bathroom. This is not a studio. Barely a single room with a queen bed. No room for luggage, clothes, anything. No room to turn around. Bathroom door didn’t close. Only 4 hair & body gel (not separate, all in one) bottles for two people for ten days. Laundry facility not working, had to go to the nearby laundromat and pay. Worst of all we were given 5th floor (would be sixth floor in US) and no elevator. Very narrow stairs. Location of s great but I would never go there again.

VERY small, good location

Pros: (1) The location is great, (2) it was clean, and (3) no issues communicating with the host.Cons: (1) The apartment is incredibly small. It is smaller than my university dormitory. I’ve visted Paris before and I knew that apartments are generally small here, but I was still surprised about just how small it was. (2) The apartment is on the 4th or 5th floor and the spiral stairs are very, very narrow. My wife and I are under 30 years old and in good shape, and we had to make a concious effort to be careful each time we went up or down the stairs. Carrying luggage up/down the stairs will be quite difficult for anyone that stays here, even for those in great shape. (3) The bathroom door doesn’t close properly and came entirely off it’s hinges, but I’m sure that can be fixed. These “cons” are not really the host’s fault, rather it’s just the reality of the space.
