「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」

「チェックイン後の部屋に蟻が出たので、家内が大騒ぎして翌日部屋を換えて貰いました。そこもオーシャンビューだったし、そっちには蟻は出ず、家内が金庫の鍵の暗唱を間違えて、普通にはホテル側のデバイスでは開かずに、ドアを取り外して出してくれました。流しに落としてしまった家内のピアスもすぐに水道管を把持してとってくれたし、私がプールに忘れたサングラスもちゃんと保管していてくれて、優しい！」
