「街中から離れていますが、シャトルバスが朝夕方にあり、町のモールに行けます。そばに公共のバスターミナルもあり、そこから運河行のバスに乗れば終点から二つ前がホテルです。観光の旧市街にはバスターミナルからタクシーに乗ればすぐです。だから街中から離れていても全然平気です。 　料理もおいしいし　静かで落ち着けます。」

「Credit Card was skimmed at the Marina Hotel/restaurant. Only used this particular card in one place during my days in Panama...at check-in, and to pay for a pizza at the restaurant. Had unauthorized charges less than 3 hours later.」

「Ciel y Miel is a beautiful boutique eco-lodge, but it’s important to know what to expect. It’s located inside a national park, so the final road is dirt and very remote. You park at the lower entrance and the staff drives you to the rooms. Our first night was an adjustment after a long drive. The property was very quiet (we visited during the low season), and the jungle sounds took some getting used to. By morning, we realized how peaceful and beautiful it really was. 「I love this place」

「Biggest initial impression was the smell of old oil and fish from the water. They need to clean up the mess in the water near the restaurant. Room was nice for the cost. No one showed up to provide breakfast this morning even though the sign said 8 am. So we went hungry. Left the room key on the door handle as no one showed up so we could check out. At dinner, they were out of every menu item I selected. 5th choice for dinner. Lucky, there was only one other menu item left.」

「Unfortunately never found the hotel as the map locator was 15 miles away. Looked for an hour on the map locator and couldn't find. Hopefully they fixed it now. DO NOT GO TO PORTOBELO village to find this hotel. Maps wrong.」

「First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...
