"If you are thinking of booking this home I would definitely recommend it. IF you have never been to the "forgotten coast" of Florida it is an experience like no other. You have the beautiful weather and scenery and water but without any of the traffic. there was literally no one in town or on any of the roads. We went to the beach and we were the only people on the beach, it was like our own private beach. The home is very cozy and has everything you need. You are not going to spend much time inside anyway. I contacted the host Agnes the day before checking in and she responded within 2 minutes. We had no problems at all and everything in the home is as the pictures represent. The view on the river is amazing and there are many great places to go. If you are looking to get away and have total relaxation this is the place to go. IF you are looking to go out to do more tourist type things like mini golf, restuarants, and so on then this is not your place to visit. We took this vacation to get a rest from running our business. It was several days of total paradise and peace. If you are looking for the most peaceful relaxing vacation ever then book this place."

"Property was exactly as described. Outdoor shower was an absolute game changer. Very relaxing and comfortable. We had self-check-in and were not bothered in any way. Everything we needed or wanted was already there. We enjoyed having beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. The town of Panacea really doesn’t have much to offer, be sure to bring what you need to cook at home. The smoked dips at Mineral Springs Seafood were worth buying. The closest fishing pier is an old concrete bridge in Carabelle. Lots of wildlife viewing at the property and lots of biting flies so bring your bug spray!! Excellent rental and host , thank you for an amazing week!"
