The hotel is in a very quiet location, right by one of the most beautiful beaches. The rooms were clean but one of the bedrooms didn’t have aircon and the aircon units themselves were not clean. I was impressed by the choice of food for breakfast but not so much by the cockroaches running around between the tables. Staff was very helpful and polite but having to pay for using the safe (and then you get a key, not a code) was taking the pee. The gym didn’t have aircon just two fans which don’t achieve much cooling in high temperatures.

Nice surroundings with uninterrupted views to the distant mountains which gave a picturesque sunset backdrop at night. We stayed in Vesta rooms which were spacious and close to the main areas of the pool, reception, spa, and dining rooms. Our kids are 16 and 14 and we were fine using the adult pool which was the best option as it was a good size and normal depth. The main pool was a bit disappointing being a bit small and shallow throughout. We also used the adult dining room and bar which avoided the queues and noise of the main dining room. The food option for breakfast was fairly standard but ok. Dinner was a bit limited and repetitive. The hotel tried a few theme nights but the offer was limited and ran out quickly. Our daughter is vegetarian and there was very little choice throughout our stay that suited her. We were all inclusive and thought the best food option was the lunch restaurant by the pool, which had a good selection. Food was made to order and delivered by waiting staff. Although some options had an extra charge. The hotel is fairly isolated although there’s a good bus service to both Pollenca and Alcúdia beach which also stops at the old towns. Overall a very nice hotel with good facilities with welcoming and helpful staff.

Purtroppo abbiamo usufruito dell'alloggio per pochissime ore: il nostro volo è arrivato con estremo ritardo e la mattina successiva dovevamo ripartire presto. Quando siamo arrivati in camera siamo rimasti letteralmente a bocca aperta! La camera era arredata in maniera "rustica" ma lussuosa. Era enorme, oltre al letto comodissimo (in cui abbiamo dormito divinamente), c'era anche un divano, una scrivania e un armadio a muro. Anche il bagno era grandissimo: due lavandini, vasca, doccia enorme e wc separato. Ci è veramente dispiaciuto non poter godere di più della camera. Sicuramente un posto che consiglieremo e che prenoteremo nuovamente se dovessimo tornare in zona!
