Clean, peaceful and well kept. Amenities a bit lacking. Coffee facilities in room would have been nice and better WiFi, and AI snacks between meals very limited.

Nice Family Hotel

Nice hotel for families. Nice pool and kids pool in complex. Rooms very clean. Free car park opposite hotel which does get busy. Very friendly staff. Only criticism and its hot a harsh criticism is that the food could be improved a little on the buffet. Having stayed at other 4* hotels on the island in the same week we found the food to be lacking a bit in variety and quality. Overall very nice stay and kids loved it apart from no free WiFi?

Not the best hotel I've stayed in.

Much of my review is probably down to the fact it is the last week of the season for the hotel. The staff were mainly quite pleasant, although there was one or two who couldn't raise a smile in the dining hall and behind the bar. The rooms were not particularly clean and the towels had seen better days. The toiletries provided were very poor quality and not replenished. The room had been booked for several months and when we arrived, then had to wait for a put me up bed to come for our little niece, in other words for a 2 bed room to be converted into a 3 bed room. This also made the already small room very cramped. The food was mainly lukewarm regardless of when you went to the dining hall. We chose to eat out several times although we were half board in order to get something hot. I must say though, other people we spoke with had different views in that they thought the food was amazing. The kids club was fantastic, with our niece thoroughly enjoying her time there, so thanks to Luke and Sergio. The pool was far to cold to be used although a couple of brave souls did. The climbing frame in the children's play area should have been condemned. The plastic coating covering the chains had disintegrated leaving the chains unprotected and I dread to think the damage that could have been caused had a small child slipped with there fingers through the holes in the chain. The area was on the whole closed due to end of season. Not a hotel I'll visit again but others I spoke to would.

Nice hotel close to the beach. Beds very hard, air conditioning didn't work in my room. Entertainment was underwhelming. Most of the staff didn't smile ever, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The younger waiters and waitresses were the only ones friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. The outside bar/snack bar was closed most of the time we were there. Spotlessly clean rooms, lobby, dining room etc.

Close to everything Palma nova has to offer. The all inclusive is well worth every penny we paid.The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was 10 out of 10. The room was emmacculate and spotless. We can not fault this hotel and hope to stay again in the future.

Great location near beach . Many walking opportunities nearby to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel is very nice and in great condition. Dinner and breakfast buffets very good. Exceptional value and we would definately stay here again.

Estancia, bastante bien, aunque la comida muy poco variada y no es , para nada, de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La limpieza buena, los ascensores muy escasos, la zona de la piscina bonita y cuidada,aunque por la noche grupos ruidosos. La ubicación no está mal, un poco alejado de la playa.

Good Hotel and a great location!

Lovely hotel, Staff mostly friendly in a great location two minute walk from the beach if u use the back gate, the snack bar by the pool sadly didnt open till our last day (May 2nd) due to it being out of season so snacks are very scarce for an all inclusive if u book out of season. Food in the Restaurant was always nice and plentiful but it never seemed very warm. Would come back again but probably only in season if we went all inclusive again.

Super Hotel

Dejligt hotel, fin beliggenhed, god service. Vi var på halvpension: morgenmaden god, aftensmad/Buffet, på det jævne. De samme desserter hver dag Dejlige værelse, men der manglede en lampe til at læse ved. der var et helt lyspanel, så hvis ens partner ville sove, og den anden læse, var det ikke nemt. Dejligt badeværelse med toiletartikler. Godt til børn: børnebassin med rutschebane og oppe på land, legestativer og hus Alt i alt et godt hotel til prisen

Nice hotel

Hotel nice decent location. Food choice terrible caters mainly for the Spaniard's. We stayed on the 5th floor only 2 lifts in the hotel so most days had to use the stairs on several occasions.

Neu renoviert aber laut

Sehr netter Empfang, man spricht Deutsch und Englisch, einchecken unkompliziert. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind neu renoviert und ansprechend gestaltet. Die Betten sind neu und bequem. Das Frühstück ist gut, es gibt aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Das große Problem in dem Hotel sind die dünnen Wände. Man hört die Leute im Nebenzimmer schnarchen und es gibt englische Partygruppen, wie z.B. Junggesellinnen Abschied, die die ganze Nacht durch feiern. Wenn man solche Gruppen in der Nähe des eigenen Zimmers hat, hat man verloren. Wir fanden das ganze Hotel echt klasse, aber wir haben durch den ständigen nächtlichen Krach kaum geschlafen und würden es deshalb nicht weiterempfehlen. Die erste Woche hatten wir zwei laut schnarchende Nachbarn und dann kamen die englischen Partygruppen. Es ist echt so schade, weil das Hotel selbst richtig schön ist!

Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla rannan lähellä .

Hotellin henkilökunta mukavaa pääasiassa ja huone oli tosi siisti . Huoneen seinien äänieristys tosin onneton niin että saa varautua meluun käytävältä ja naapurihuoneista . Meillä oli täysihoito joka oli tosi halpa hinnaltaan ja varmaan siksi osoittautui hieman kehnoksi . Vertaisin ehkä laitosruokaan tai ehkä huonompaan jopa paitsi jälkkärit :-D . Mutta mahansa sai täyteen edullisesti joka päivä kuitenkin . Kaikkiaan kuitenkin 4 tähden paikka tai ainakin lähelle jossei oteta sitä ruokapuolta laskuun mukaan kun ei se ainakaan maaliskuussa -17 maksanut juuri mitään .

Thin walls in the rooms, noisy as traffic mountain side, no sun on balcony mountain side, difficult to sleep unless a nap in the day when everyone is out.... walking distance to shops and sea which is good....

Nice hotel within easy walk of the centre

We were given a large room overlooking the pool area with a sea view which was very clean. The TV had English programmes on as well as many others. The large seating area outside had plenty of sunbeds both around the pool and on a terrace. There is a snack bar serving both drinks and hot food until 6pm every day. The gate by the pool was open from 8am until 11pm which enabled you to walk down to the shops and sea front easily. The hotel doesn't have a carpark but parking wasn't a problem along the surrounding street during our stay in October
