Enjoy bright, comfortable and quiet four rooms including a master king suite, another king room near the living area and private bathroom across the hallway, and two more rooms, each with two single beds and a shared bathroom. Enjoy the kitchen to cook your own meals, the spacious and bright large living room with a TV with multiple channels, and a variety of games in the cabinets.

You can also enjoy the large swimming pool and adjacent spa in the backyard. Barbecue, sandbag throwing in the yard, and parking space is on the street at the front door.

Please note that the manager lives in the opposite house, with a separate entrance and exit door, so I rarely see guests. Due to her busy work schedule, she comes home late almost every day, so she won’t disturb you, and you can enjoy all the space exclusively.

Spa heating is $80 per day. (maximum 3 hours per day)

There is an additional $120/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

There are multiple door codes needed for for you to use, code for gate to the yard, code to enter the house, and each room has separate door codes.

Pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets only, please let us know if you plan to bring any furry friends!

Park only in the street in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $30/ per hour and is subject to availability. Please check with us ahead of time.
