1, PARKING: it's one of the apartments of a duplex, spacious frontyard parking lot, enough for RV and trailer.
2, AIR: portable AC just for you; an ionic airfilter kills covid and promises safe air; a fan helps the airflow.
3, NOISE: located in residential & commercial zone, safe and fun; although next to Route 1, the sleeping area is insulated from street noise.
4, TV & INTERNET: With firestick, please use your own streaming accounts. Spectrum 200mbps high-speed wifi and Ethernet plug-in available.
5, SLEEPING AREA: it was one bedroom, Welcome to bring your own air mattress for your kids.
6, KITCHENETTE: efficiency kitchenette, we encourage our guests to enjoy many surrounding restaurants. (Microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator)
7, WINDOW: Some windows are tint, foggy, and sprayed with images to filter brutal sunlight and also preserve privacy.
8, TOWELS: 4 counts all cotton gym towels, which are bleached regularly and replaced frequently. Don't abuse them. Use the red wash cloth provided for cleaning, please.
9, NON-SMOKING: absolutely not inside the house! Smoke outside and leave the cigarette butts ONLY in the reclaimed 5 gallon paint basket. Please
10, Non-flushable Items: Don't flush them! $200/hour +$200 rush fee are commonly charged in the east space coast by professional plumber, which we have to demand reimbursement if clog happens.
