"It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well. My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange."

OK first I got no towel and toothpaste in my room and the bathroom if we take the shower, the water wouldn't go down fast to the drainage so it will create a puddle. The only good thing about this hotel is only the room is kinda big. "
