"1. When I booked my room for two nights, the room didnt look like the pictures from online booking, i booked a deluxe king suite with a jetted tub. There was nothing suite or deluxe about it. 2. The jetted tub and bathroom tub was dirty. 3. All ice machines were not working, had to get ice from the attached indian restraunt when open. 4.Elevators didnt work, had to take stairs to your room. 4. i booked for 2 nights and wanted to cancel my second night. Staffing avoided communication with hotels.com to cancel the 2nd night. I recommended no one books a room here."

"had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. Another point I would like to mention is the check-in and check-out timing. The check-in time is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which feels quite limited for the price being charged. It would be better if the hotel could consider extending these timings to provide more value to guests. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience better. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it much better."

"Nothing to complain about as far as the personnel, but when you are running the hot water in your bathroom sink if you turn on the cold faucet, even just a tiny bit then all the water runs cold. A friend of mine who was also attending the same event, I was attending was on the fifth floor while I was on the third floor and he experienced the same thing. Beautiful hotel, but cannot get the plumbing right!"
