About this property

Bungalow with large terrace, 2 bedrooms for 3 persons

  • A very nice bungalow in a small complex in Costa Calma with an open kitchen, a dining area, spacious living room, 1 bedroom with double bed 2 x 90 cm large fitted wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 cm and large fitted wardrobe, 1 bathroom with sink, shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with direct access from the large master bedroom with bath, 1 sink, toilet and washing machine. The bungalow has a large terrace and large garden with private car park. The bungalow is fully into a row walls and you only have access through a large gate. Ideal for children or pets can not run away in the garden and play skills.
    It is a bit out of the center but is located near a small mini market and a few restaurants. It is 5 minutes walk to the center. There are walk about 8 minutes to stand.
    It will be charged a one-time fee of 70 euros for final cleaning, which must be paid on arrival.
