The premises are within easy reach of main roads to nearby Exeter and the coast, as well as lovely local pubs including Traveller’s Rest and Kings Arms for evening meals. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future. 」

「Liz and Paul were very friendly and took all our requests and answered them quickly. Breakfast was out of this world. Room was very clean and plenty of sockets for all your things that needed charging, it was also very spacious. Liz was always there to answer any questions and Paul was always around but not seen very much as he was probably chained to the range dealing with all the breakfasts, but very pleasant when you did see him :-). 「Had a fantastic stay for a couple nights. Nothing was to much trouble and the rooms were so clean and tidy with some lovely little touches. When we arrived a little early it was no trouble at all and was made so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying as we would stay again. 」

「We stayed at Brandize Guest house with kids . Our Room was perfect and bed was very comfortable. Beach was only 10 minutes walk . Fabulous breakfast with variety of options. We arrived at the property bit early Tim and Vicky let us check in early .They are very welcoming and very kind . I highly recommend this Guest to anyone with kids . 」

「Lovely guesthouse that has been updated but still has kept its beautiful character. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. 「 The Robin Hill Hotel is a lovely building with a cute garden area only a ten minute walk from the town and harbour. Our family room was a good size with plenty of storage, good en-suite with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The staff were welcoming, and friendly, always happy to help and inform us of the local area. The food was delicious. A lovely few days away and would defiantly stay there again😊 」
