「We arrived in Hawaii only to find our booking had gone out of business and forgot to remove their VRBO ad. But we found Paradise Palms available at the last minute. Sharon and Steve worked with us and VRBO to help us straighten everything out. And we spent 3 days in the area and it was beautiful. Every day was a new adventure. 」

「Family had a great time staying at Tony and Samira's Farm. They were super friendly and communicative. Kids loved the farm atmosphere with chickens, sheep, goats, and lots of lizards.They were so thoughtful as to notify us of the volcano eruption happening and we were lucky enough to catch this event!」

「As described: secluded, a much- needed respite; chocolates helped! Coqui’s night calls make me sleep though some might need ear plugs. I spent most evenings under the lanai’s bugless tent (green geckos were allowed:-) and beautiful silver pheqsant(!), Bed, couch, HAMMOCK, shower are big plusses. FYI: a short drive from Hilo past 8am is clear; 3:30 onward competes with schoolbus traffic. 「I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. Various places to eat or get groceries that are within a 10 min walk or a couple of mins drive. Maggie was an exceptional host, very quick to respond and very kind to me on my arrival after a 25h trip. 「The unit was as depicted in photos. Clean and well equipped. It is very centrally located within Hilo and has easy access to all surrounding areas. The manager was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had a small problem while there and it was addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Very good experience. 」
