Kamar sih bagus.... tapi pelayanan masih kyrang...

- Chekin jam 10 malam, karena ada 2 lobby, dan masing2x lobby petugas sedikit... Sudah menunggu agak lama, ternyata saya harusnya chekkin di lobby satunya... (masing2x lobby ada reception masing-masing) mana badan udah capek pingin cepat istirahat, karena ribet urusan chekin, hampir 30 menit baru bisa masuk kamar... Urusan parkir juga ribet.... petugas parkir nggak jelas dalam meberikan petunjuk dimana parkir yang tersedia.... karena udah 3 x muter parkiran ga ada yang mengarahkan.... setelah sedikit ngomel2x dengan petugas di lobby, akhirnya ada solusi.... (disediakan buggy car di lobby, tapi petugas yang mengoperasikan nggak tanggap juga....) Waktu chekout, jam 6 pagi, tidak ada satupun reception yang standbay.... masak chekout dibantu satpam.... harusnya yang namanya hotel berbintang, receptionis harus standby 24 jam.... ini cukup menghambat, padahal buru2x mau golf di parahyangan golf... Petugas concierge pun juga lambat dalam mengambil barang yang saya titipkan di chiller.... Nilai plus Hotel ini ada di kamar yang cukup nyaman dan bagus... mungkin karena kamarnya masih baru...

The property is really nice and kids love it , the food is really good the staff is really nice and helpful excellent. Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. How ever the manager and the staff very helpful to result this problem and they move us to new room is fantastic. Thank you so much all. We will be back to stay again. Best hotel and staff ever. Looking forward to seeing your again. Cheers

호텰객실 청소상태가 불결 바닥에 먼지나 머리카락등이 청소되지 않았고 배드시트도 원래부터 혈흔흔적이 조금 있었으나 그다음날도 갈아놓치 않음

꼬다바루 안에 있어요 저는 이사짐이 안와서 3일 묶었어요 주변은 깨끗한데 여기서는 할게 없어서 반둥시내 나가야해요 그냥 수영장이용만 할려면 아주 괜찮아요 조식은 정말 별로예요 호텔내 중국 레스토랑 맛있어요

Have been staying 4-stars hotel at Bandung and nearby, found this is the best one. Facilities for kids are best too, food is good and they gave free for kids too. You should proven by yourself about what I told...guarantee wont be regreted.

Fantastic swimming pool

Amazed with yhe swimming pool, so big and children were facilitated. More facilities we can find here to amuse our visit with the hotel.
