"Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "

"Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "

"The room is right next to the elevator shaft, so if you’re a light sleeper this will keep you up all night. The room has no extra toiletries and because it’s a privately owned condo inside of the main hotel the hotel housekeeping will not service the room in anyway, which also means there is no daily cleaning. "The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. "Everything was exactly as advertised. Room is directly above a bar but we were not disturbed at all. Awesome view from the lanai to the water and the zoo. If you rent a car, don’t get anything large, as parking is very tight. Will come back here next time!"

"I’ve stayed here several times over the years all the way back to 2015ish. After Covid this location definitely needed an overhaul in their rooms just due to wear and tear over time. I did notice they had done some updates like painting the kitchen countertops, swapping out some door fronts, new toilets, new shower liners, new tvs, new chairs/couches.
