  • Freshly renovated fully furnished 2 bedroom downstairs unit with 2 queen beds, and a full size hide a bed couch, full bathroom, fully stocked open kitchen, dining and living space, laundry in the unit, and separate entrance. Pack 'n Play can be provided.
    Perfect location to get to Costco, Walmart, 5 min drive to the Airport.

    Convenient combination deadbolt entry lock for easy 24/7 check-in.

    All linens provided, washer and dryer available for use, as well as a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide washer detergent, dish soap, shampoo, soap, and body wash, coffee maker, electric teapot, wine bottle opener, and much more, so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay.

Everything was great. Host communicated well and was very helpful. We also rented a truck from them, which was very convenient to combine the two with the same people.We got great rest while we were in town.

The place is nice and the host is easy to work with.the host replies to messages quickly.the location of the property is good.the price is good.i would definitely rent this place again.ive stay at this place 2 times now and next time im in anchorage it will be the first place I try to get.

This is a low budget place to stay - a spacious 2 bedroom duplex, quite old and not renovated in a questionable neighbourhood (broken smashed cars next door). Check in was easy, shower and water pressure and kitchen well equipped. But the beds were old and the linen very old and pillows maybe older. While we slept ok, it was a bit noisy - train nearby and airport were both easy to hear, as were the footsteps of people living upstairs. Gardens overgrown.

We were two couples staying one night. Overall experience was good and the host responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in was simple. The only minor issue we had was warming up the place. The heating system is a boiler system so it takes some time to heat up. With help from the host we were able to warm it up and all was good.

Karine is an excellent host. Great communication! We had an issue with the TV remotes and she responded immediately and brought new batteries right away - her husband even FaceTimed with me to try to resolve it. (We ended up just manually turning on the TV.) This is a nicely appointed apartment in a working class neighborhood. It has all of the amenities you need. Nice kitchen. Washer and Dryer made this a good value for us. We have stayed in other places in the US with the same rating that had a higher level of quality and location by comparison. We had a great visit with friends in Anchorage.

The stay was good. It has all the things you need so you don't have to buy a bunch of stuff. If your staying in the winter, it gets pretty cold down there but other then that it was good.

FIRST IMPRESSION WAS TERRIBLE - Yard is overgrown in weeds, no actual sidewalk so you are tracking in dirt from driveway. Bathroom was not very clean and towels were very old. Kitchen had lots of extras but the essentials were not great. You cannot open dishwasher to load as the door only comes down halfway due to a cupboard in front of it. They could offer a very nice place if they did some maintenance on the yard and the important stuff in the interior.

Decent accommodation for the price considering they provide full kitchen. Rooms are clean. Bathroom door lock was not working and when I messaged the owner, never got a response back. Had to manage without bathroom door lock. It was inconvenient because of that. They do provide Pots, pans and cups. Some of the pots are old. Fridge was clean. They also provide some basic grocery stuff like cooking oil and coffee. Overall it was decent experience excluding the bathroom door lock.
