「The floors were tacky feeling if you walked in them barefoot. Thin pillows and the beds were somewhat hard. Hair clogging the drain in the shower and the only worked for some of the channels..was glitching out a lot on the few that would come in. There are also way more hotel rooms then parking spaces so if you aren’t in early finding a parking spot in the lot is difficult. Staff were helpful. But the place isn’t what was expected for something with 8 star reviews…the tacky floor and hair...

「The room was pretty good, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. When we went to check out, I went to the office to tell them about it, there was no one there. There was no one working. They also don't provide even a simple continental breakfast. One of the biggest concerns is that they have a number of people that just LIVE at the hotel. We talked to the lady in the room next door to us and she has lived there since March - 6 months! The residents take their chairs out and sit in the parking lot...

「The best feature of this hotel is it is close to the back entrance of Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. This hotel was under renovation so should be better for future travelers. It was a bit chaotic and noisy for us.」

「Rooms are old and outdated. There was not an outlet anywhere near the beds or night stand.... not one. The only options to access an outlet was near the sink or across the room in the corner. Super inconvenient if needing to use your phone for an alarm. Walls are thin, someone's dog barked all night and morning and it was very loud. Beds were not comfortable. Will not stay at this location again.」

「Clean and spacious for our family if 4. Great quiet location and very well stocked with useful extras (both for meals and for toiletries). Eggs and milk were a great touch. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.」
