「The property is unassuming. You can’t see the rental units from the road. But when you open your room door, you find a clean, modern, spacious room with a deck that overlooks the confluence of the Smith River and the Pacific. Egrets, herons, seal lions, pelicans, humming birds, and the sounds of the surf. Truly stunning. And the staff is kind and helpful as well. We were sad to leave! We could have stayed there a week, and we hope so much that we can make it back sometime soon.」

「There are lots of great points about this property but a couple of drawbacks as well. The room (and landing area) is very provisioned with amenities - there is microwave, fridge-freezer, boiling vessel, crockery and cutlery. As well as hairdryer, bathrobes and plenty of towels. The property is at the end of a graded road (not paved) this was no problem for us but some may not like that. Accessing the property requires a door code which wasn’t sent to us in advance but there was a phone number on...

「We loved being surrounded by horses. The owner provided fresh eggs that were delicious. Property was very clean, had everything you need. Very beautiful place! Highly recommend!」

「MATTRESSES WERE AWFUL! Very squishy - miserable ro sleep on. Soap in shower was empty. Lights not well placed. TV access was difficult. Shower/toilet had no fan. Door to shower/toilet could not be left open to allow low light at night. Would not recommend」

「Aneka was amazing and so accommodating! She gave us some back door routes to see the redwoods, and even gave us eggs from her chickens! The property was very nice and cozy, and was a wonderful experience overall」

「Clean well maintained. No ick factor. Grab and go breakfast was enough. Decent restaurant and sports bar with good happy hour prices. 1 virgin Pina Coloda and a beer was $7. I had to look 3 times. Staff uber friendly. Decent casino. This lodging a sure bet」
