"They advertised as being “beachside” but they are not. There is a huge park in between the beach and the hotel. Just wasn’t what we expected. Room was fine otherwise. They are a pet friendly hotel with no grass area. We had to take her across the street. "

I had a nice ocean view from the top balcony and the rooms are off the main highway which made for a quiet night. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling through Brookings, Oregon."

"Upon arriving, the room was way better than expected and smelled really fresh. We had a view of the ocean. The beach was a very accessible walk from the hotel. The continental breakfast is a grab-and-go type. Some fruit, granola bars, muffins, bagels etc. The lobby staff were very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back to this hotel. "

( even though 2 of the ones we encountered were newly hired and needed assistance from another staff member, everything was great ) For a hotel as nice as this is, you’d expect a better breakfast with more choices.
