For those of you that want to experience a country coastal retreat this is the place for you. Just 5 minutes drive to Kellogg beach this spacious studio is nestled among beautiful horse pastures. Make your way 5 minutes the opposite direction and find yourself at the banks of the serene Smith River, one of the cleanest rivers in the nation with its pristine undamned emerald waters. This river is well known for its seasonal fishing and guides. Towering over the river and surrounding land you'll find the majestic old growth redwoods. Explore the Grove of Titans, and walk among the Largest Redwood Trees in the World. This coastal retreat will be one to remember.

Perfect for our family of 4. We wanted to be in the middle of the Redwood State Parks and this location was perfect! The studio was smartly designed and super clean. Loved the fresh eggs in the fridge, what a great touch Coco!! The bed and bedding was super comfortable. We had everything we needed. Would stay again and hope to in the future!

This VRBO is great. It's a very large studio that is contemporary and has everything you need. We had 4 adults and all were very comfortable. The host is amazing and even provided fresh eggs from their chickens. The location is close to many Red Wood trails and sites as well as good food in Crescent City. We would highly recommend.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE

We cannot say enough about our stay here! From the very beginning, communication was great and we found the location without any issues at all. Upon arriving, the rental unit was extremely clean, light bright and organized. The furniture and decor is lovely.Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms was available. Their sweet daughter even left farm fresh eggs from their property for us to enjoy! Little condiment, spices, seasonings, coffee, creamer, etc. all available as well.The bed was extremely comfortable. I don’t think we’ve slept on a bed that comfortable ever! My twin daughters reported that the pull out couch bed was extremely comfortable as well. All of the bedding, linens, towels- extremely high-quality, soft and lovely.Having laundry accessible was a wonderful perk, and we took advantage of many of the local recommendations given to us. We felt safe the entire time and cannot say enough about our stay. Anyone considering it should absolutely stay here. Thank you so much!

Awesome space!

We loved our stay here! We had everything we needed and loved all the space and large, comfortable bed! The space was very clean. We enjoyed the use of a washer and dryer (w/complimentary detergent). The host was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to our questions and also provided suggestions on things to do in the area. We could've easily stayed here an entire week!

Lovely, cozy studio near Crescent City and Jedediah Park

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting the redwood parks in Northern California. The apartment was delightful. The furnishings were comfy and attractive and the host had apparently given a lot of thought into the comfort of their guests based on the amenities and personal touches they provided. It was a perfect spot to retreat to after spending the days in the woods. It was quiet and we slept very well. We would definitely stay again on future trips.

Such a great stay!

We had the best experience staying here during our trip to the Redwoods. The hosts were more than accommodating, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. The studio is just like the pictures! Very clean, quaint and cozy. The location is wonderful for doing so much exploring in Northern California and Southern Oregon. Highly recommend!!

Awesome stay!

Perfect location to visit the redwoods, ocean, and Oregon coast! It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Host gave many recommendations for local food and sights to see and those were a 10/10! Would stay here again!

A Pleasant Surprise

The pictures were good but the actual room was even better. It was so accommodating that the little extras were over the top. A nice place to be and stay on a long trip down the Pacific Coast. Thank you for a wonderful overnight and restful stay !

Great spot for a stop

Our family stayed here for 2 nights on route from San Fran to Portland. It was a great place to take a break and see some sites. The tide pools at Endert Beach are incredible and the Redwoods are amazing and both close by!

Great Getaway with Great Host

We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was phenomenal! We love the area, loved the space and and privacy that came with it being detached from the main house and loved the effort the host put in to making sure we had a great stay and a great anniversary. They put together extensive lists of possible activities, restaurants and popular local attractions. Can’t say enough good about it all! Highly recommended! The only advice we can give is you might want to bring a fan or something if you are staying during the summer months as it is an attic apartment and can get a little stuffy with the lack of a thermostat. With that being said, it’s completely manageable and an absolutely lovely time! Again: we can’t recommend this stay enough. We will be back soon!

Vacation in August

Very clean, I understood from description that there was more than one room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the studio was well stocked, clean and quiet and near the places we wanted to visit.
